Lab kits that are shipped to your home or PCP's office, no blood draw is required. We will help you navigate through the kit steps then you drop the package off immediately at the nearest shipping location for processing. • Stool Samples • Urine Collection (24 Hour) If you have blood work, don’t worry. It’s rarely as stressful as you think. Often, you’re done within 6-15 minutes, give or take the prep time. ~Services range from $99-165. Prices are subject to change for 1.STATS, (Time Sensitive Test) (Random) 2. Travel fee 30 mile radius All fees are collected at the time of booking your scheduled appointment. ~Cancellation fee of $30 applies if the customer cancels appointment at any time after booking. Once your lab results are ready, your laboratory bills your insurance for testing just like normal. I Hereby understand the Terms and Conditions for Just Do LaBs Concierge Services LLC. TERMS OF SERVICE Just Do LaBs Concierge Services LLC is responsible for the drawing and delivery of laboratory specimens. Just Do LaBs does not collect any specimens without a physician orders. Just Do LaBs are not allowed to give any medical advice, treat, or diagnose anyone. Just Do LaBs is a private pay service. Specimen collection services are provided and billed by Just Do LaBs . Laboratory testing is billed through your insurance. Just Do LaBs does not receive any results unless requested by the physician or patient. In the event that your doctor did not receive results, it is the responsibility of the patient and Doctor's office to get in touch with the lab. We are fully HIPAA compliant and respect the privacy of clients we serve. Under no circumstances will Just Do LaBs Concierge Services LLC give out client’s personal information to unauthorized personnel. All client’s information is always kept personal and confidential.
