Service Description
We realize collecting blood specimens can be challenging especially for pediatric and special needs patients. No worries, we have specific medical phlebotomists that are highly skilled in working and understanding these circumstances. If you have blood work, don’t worry. It’s rarely as stressful as you think. Often, you’re done within 6-10 minutes, give or take the prep time. ~Services range from $99-$165. Prices are subject to change for 1.STATS, (Time Sensitive Test) (Random) 2. Travel fee 30 mile radius outside of Williamson County All fees are collected at the time of booking your scheduled appointment. ~Cancellation fee of $30 applies if the customer cancels appointment at any time after booking. Once your lab results are ready, your laboratory bills your insurance for testing just like normal. I Hereby understand the Terms and Conditions for Just Do LaBs Concierge Services LLC. Cancellation Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE Just Do LaBs Concierge Services LLC is responsible for the drawing and delivery of laboratory specimens. Just Do LaBs does not collect any specimens without a physician orders. Just Do LaBs are not allowed to give any medical advice, treat, or diagnose anyone. Just Do LaBs is a private pay service. Specimen collection services are provided and billed by Just Do LaBs . Laboratory testing is billed through your insurance. Just Do LaBs does not receive any results unless requested by the physician or patient. In the event that your doctor did not receive results, it is the responsibility of the patient and Doctor's office to get in touch with the laboratory. Just Do LaBs is not responsible for any errors that may occur at the laboratory. It is the lab's responsibility to process specimens once received. Any error made by Just Do LaBs will be corrected by re-drawing at no extra charge; as long as all correct paperwork was submitted adequately prior to appointment.
